ESEPP is anticipated to be a five-year project that aims to improve the quality of secondary school educational leadership and teaching in Belize through capacity building and providing teaching and learning resources.
STS seeks a Finance Director who will be responsible for the financial management, compliance, and reporting for the ESEPP.
The Finance Director leads field-based financial planning, reporting, and compliance for complex, donor-funded programs, ensuring accurate oversight of budgets, banking, and financial operations. This role serves as a key liaison between field teams, headquarters, financial institutions, and donors, while supervising staff and supporting audits and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in international development finance, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to sound stewardship and regulatory compliance.

STS seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director who will be responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning tasks for the ESEPP.
The MEL Director leads the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems that track progress, measure impact, and inform adaptive project management. This role oversees MEL planning, data collection and analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while supervising MEL staff and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to using data to drive learning and improve program outcomes.
