Global Education Monitoring Report for Zambia
The Spotlight series, a partnership between the Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report and the African Union in collaboration with governments and many organizations, generates evidence and disseminates good practices on primary education. Its aim is to feed into policy dialogue processes and inform policy action at the continental level for the implementation of the Continental Education Strategy for Africa and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
As part of the Spotlight series, STS authored Spotlight on basic education completion and foundational learning: Rwanda. To do so, the STS team engaged in consultations, collected data and other evidence, and undertook fieldwork research. The result is a brief and accessible report on progress towards universal basic education completion and foundational learning outcomes in Rwanda.
