Willy Mpwate is a highly experienced systems, information, and research manager with twenty years’ experience in data management.
Mpwate career in data management, monitoring and evaluation, and research has included working on UN-funded, USAID-funded, DIFID-funded, and religious projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Mpwate served as national coordinator in monitoring and evaluation for the Education/CYPD program with the International Rescue Committee, as research assistant on the ACTWATH-Association in Family Health/PSI-DRC project for six years. He has extensive experience in managing project databases, monitoring project performance indicators, coordination impact evaluations, training supervisors and enumerators on data collection methods, and developing research methods and tools.
Mpwate has a Master of Science in computer science/IT management from l’Institut Supérieur de Statistique de Kinshasa.
