Melyssa Sibal is a technical manager with over six years of experience with education projects.
Sibal’s career began as an intern at a nonprofit working to support artisan women in Latin America. Her passion and dedication to improving access to equitable education drove her to STS and is embodied in her work. At STS, Sibal has worn several hats, contributing to operations as well as knowledge management efforts. She is currently involved in assessment training and data collection management. Over the past five years, Sibal has leveraged her technical and management skillset by contributing to various education interventions across Pakistan, Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, where she supported enumerator trainings. She is also fluent in Tangerine and SurveyCTO software programing.
Sibal holds a Bachelor of Arts in global studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
