Mahamadou Sadou Maiga is an international development professional with over 9 years of experience supporting various humanitarian international organizations in Mali.
Prior to joining STS, Maiga worked as a consultant for Centre Humanitaire pour le Dialogue supporting the European Union-funded project « La voix des jeunes du Sahel », which served youth across Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad and Mauritania.
Maiga brings his experience in implementing global health projects. He worked as Finance Assistance for the World Food Program, monitoring financial activities for the Santé Nutritionnelle à Assise Communautaire (SNAC) project, and overseeing the activities of school canteens in the Kayes region of Mali. Additionally, he supported USAID/OFDA’s ACTED Mali project focusing on food security and livelihoods working in the Menaka region’s livestock and agriculture sectors.
Until 2015, Maiga served as an accountant for ANDK as part of the multisectoral HIV/AIDS program led by UNDP and funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.
Maiga holds a master’s degree in economics and management, specializing in business management.
