Ms. Lisa Easterbrooks is an education and literacy specialist with 15 years of experience in designing and implementing projects in the areas of education and life skills, teacher professional development, early grade reading, curriculum development, gender and girls’ education, safe learning environments, as well as education technology.
Easterbrooks has provided technical assistance for literacy programming and teacher training projects in over 11 countries throughout her career. Most recently, she has managed the development of a research-based reading curriculum for 2nd grade students in 5 languages in Niger. She has also been a teacher trainer for World Vision’s global literacy program and co-wrote and edited the Youth Ready youth livelihood curriculum modules. Easterbrooks has a background in project management, including financial and compliance management for multimillion-dollar programs.
Easterbrooks holds a Master of Education in international education development from Boston University.
