Khalilurahman Hanif is a senior program coordinator supporting STS in program management and aiding in coordinating related financial and procurement activities.
Hanif has more than 15 years of professional experience in the education sector, including work in Afghanistan, Nigeria, Zambia, and Malawi. Hanif contributed to managing USAID, UNESCO, JICA, SIDA, and other donor-funded programs focused on education and literacy, institutional capacity development, community development, and learning assessment. Much of his work has focused on projects with the government of Afghanistan, the UN, and international organizations, such as Chemonics International, CARE International, and UNESCO.
Hanif completed his master’s degree in social science with a major in education from Karlstad University (Sweden) and a bachelor’s degree in law from Kabul University (Afghanistan). He speaks Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and English.
