Kafeka Alutuli is the programs and M&E officer for the USAID Transforming Teacher Education (TTE) activity in Zambia. In her role, she provides programmatic and administrative support to the TTE team.
Alutuli began her career at Development Finance Associates, a local NGO that aims to increase access to finance for small and medium enterprises, consequently launching her career in the development world. Building on this experience, she joined Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Zambia as a program assistant where she worked for close to three years in designing and developing financial products for low-income people and communities. Alutuli has also volunteered on the PiggyBank Campaign, a students’ initiative aimed at improving infrastructure and mentorship of pupils in community schools.
Alutuli is a graduate of the Copperbelt University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in economics. She is currently enrolled in a Master of Economics program at the University of Zambia.
