Enock Dube is the monitoring & evaluation, collaboration, learning & adaptive (M&E, CLA) coordinator for the USAID Transforming Teacher Education Program in Zambia. He plays a crucial role in designing and implementing the monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for all project activities.
Dube previously worked for Camfed Zambia. His responsibilities included designing data systems, conducting research studies, and implementing the M&E activities for projects under DFID, UKAID, EDC, and USAID. Before that, Dube worked for the Zambia Red Cross Society as a planning monitoring evaluation and reporting (PMER) officer as well as a monitoring evaluation accountability and learning (MEAL) consultant at UNESCO.
Dube holds a master’s in project management from LIUTEBM University (Zambia), a BS in computing from Greenwich University (UK), a diploma in computer studies from Evelyn Hone College (Zambia), and several professional qualifications in monitoring and evaluation and data systems.
