Eileen Dombrowski is an inclusive education practitioner with over a decade of experience in international education. Her technical expertise relates to early childhood education for children with disabilities, as well as screening and identification. At School-to-School International, Dombrowski is Deputy Director of Programs, where she supports the day-to-day management of STS’s programs department.
Before joining STS, Dombrowski served as program manager at Inclusive Development Partners, where she managed inclusive education programming and research, including the USAID-funded Multi-Country on Inclusive Education (MCSIE). She is the lead author for a USAID-funded landscape review of pre-primary education for learners with disabilities. Dombrowski previously served as an education analyst at RTI International, where she supported technical work in early childhood development and inclusive education. Dombrowski started her career as an early childhood special education teacher in public schools in Washington, DC, and Baltimore City. She also served in the Peace Corps in Romania and The Gambia.
Dombrowski holds two master’s degrees: one in comparative and international education from Lehigh University and one in special education from the University of Maryland. She speaks English, Spanish, and Romanian.
