Aimee Reeves currently serves as a Senior Technical Advisor for STS, with a focus on inclusive education evaluation and assessment. She has led monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities for more than 13 years across North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Oceania, Southern Asia, and South-Eastern Asia. Reeves has extensive experience implementing learning assessments, assessing project scalability, designing project and portfolio results frameworks, and building capacity of local organizations to collect and utilize monitoring data. Since 2016, Reeves has supported development of language and literacy assessments to measure outcomes for learners with disabilities in over seven countries. She has also led evaluations of girls’ education projects, ensuring that gender equality and social inclusion are central to the design.
In addition to international education, Reeves has MERL experience in food security and agriculture. She holds an MPP in program evaluation from The George Washington University and a BA in political science and Spanish language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is professionally proficient in Spanish.
