Emily Crane is a program coordinator providing financial, program, and contract management support to STS’s projects.
Crane’s work in the education sector includes supporting youth employment and life-skills programming in Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, and Tunisia; research on early childhood education policy and finance; and literacy tutoring with primary and middle-school students. During her time serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana, Crane partnered with local agricultural extension services on livelihoods resilience and nutrition programming.
Crane holds an M.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University, where she focused on humanitarian assistance and development and completed an exchange with Sciences Po, Paris. Crane received a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in French from Roanoke College. She speaks advanced French.
